Reservations must be made at least 48 hours
before service is needed.  Reservations less than 48
hours incur a $10.00 service charge.  Vacation
reservations need to be made no later than 2 weeks
before service begins.  Holiday reservations need a
minimum of 1 month’s notice, as reservations are
very limited.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
visit are not refundable, however all subsequent visits
are refunded.  Holiday cancellations made less than
1 week before the visit are charged a 50% fee.  
Holiday overnights cancelled less than 2 weeks
before are charged a 50% fee.

** Fuel Surcharge: Rather than raise
our rates, we have had to implement a fuel
charge count.  We charge $3.90* per gallon at
20 miles per gallon.  (Distance is round trip
from your assigned sitter's home.  We are
hiring new sitters in various geographical
areas to cut down fuel costs)
